Stautzenberger Health and Wellness Institute

The Stautzenberger Health & Wellness Institute is located in Livonia, Michigan, and offers students a comprehensive view of the personal fitness field. Students learn about the musculoskeletal system, human movement and the physiological systems as they are affected by physical exercise. Students also learn how to instruct their clients in maintaining balanced lifestyle and effectively managing stress. Finally, students learn the basics of running their own fitness company.
